Most routine requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Larger projects, website updates, extensive revisions and requests with multiple deliverables may require additional time.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes. Expedited requests may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.

Do you work on weekends?

Weekend work is available by request only and requires a weekend service fee. Availability is not guaranteed.

How should I submit project requests or revisions?

All project communication, revisions, content and deliverables must be submitted via email. Email serves as the official method of communication to ensure requests are properly documented and completed accurately. If necessary, a call can/will be scheduled.

How many revisions are included?

Most design projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or requests beyond the included amount are billed at the current hourly rate or a flat revision fee, depending on the scope of work.

What counts as a revision?

Revisions include content edits, image replacements, logo updates, resizing, layout adjustments and other requested changes to an existing design. Significant redesigns or changes to previously approved concepts may require additional project fees.

When should I submit content for my project?

Please submit all required content, files, images and approvals as early as possible. Delays in content submission may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

What file formats do you accept?

Preferred file formats vary by project, but editable text documents, high-resolution PNG files, SVG logos and MP4 videos are generally recommended. Project-specific requirements will be outlined in your service agreement.

Do you communicate through text messages or social media?

What happens if I need changes after project completion?

Post-project edits, updates and additional revisions can always be requested and will be billed according to the current service rates and turnaround timelines.

Do you require a service agreement?
