How long does it take to receive my order?

Each of our products is hand-crafted and made to order just for you within 3-5 business days. Custom and large orders may take longer. All products are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email with shipping times upon checkout.

Can I place a custom order for a party or event?

Absolutely! Custom orders can be created for all of our products. These customizations include coloring, size, and shape (applies to Shower Treats). Additonial fees will apply. Please contact our customer service or submit and online inquiry to place your custom orders.

What if my order arrives and it is damaged?

If your order has arrived and is damaged, please contact our customer service directly via email: or by phone: 813-773-6846. You will be asked to provide photos of damages/spills and submit them within 24 hours of contacting us.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that they are unopened. Products that have been opened, for any reason, cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase.
